Join D'Artagnan and Action Against Hunger as we bring 'Farm-to-Table' to life in New York City! Acclaimed chefs including Anita Lo, Harold Moore, David Waltuck, and more, will partner with farmers to test guests food knowledge in a series of fun and interactive challenges.
Teams of four will participate in approximately 25 challenges. Some examples are:
- Chef Shane McBride of Balthazar and Will Homer of Painted Hills Farm will lead a challenge where cuts of meat are identified by a map
- Chef Chad Brauze of Rotisserie Georgette and Dalton Ramussen of Modesto Farms will quiz guests on their knowledge of squab husbandry
And if you can't gather 4 people, don't worry! We'll group you at the event. Specialty food and beverage prizes will be awarded to the winning teams. You must be 21 or older to attend.
